Processing activity

A processing activity is any operation performed on personal data: collection, storage, processing, transmission. In Privacta every processing activity has a record with purpose, legal basis, data categories and security measures.

Data subject

The natural person whose data is being processed. Privacta handles data subject requests (access, erasure, portability) through the DSAR module, with an automatic 30-day countdown.

DPO

The Data Protection Officer is the person responsible for overseeing compliance. In Privacta the DPO receives periodic reports and alerts on critical deadlines.
