Assessment Report
How to generate and share the GDPR compliance report for the DPO or the board.
Generating the report
At the end of a completed assessment, click Generate Report to export the results. The report includes:
- Overall and per-area score
- List of the answers provided
- Highlighted critical areas
- Recommendations for each detected non-compliance
Available formats
The report can be exported to:
- PDF — for sharing with the DPO, the board or enterprise clients
- Excel — for further processing or archiving
Assessment history
Privacta keeps all the assessments you run. From the History section you can compare scores over time and measure the improvement of your compliance posture.
The PDF report includes date, signature and assessment version: it’s a document ready to attach to board minutes or external audits.
